Hey guays,
There are quite a few of these 'quit smoking timelines' floating about, showing you the benefits of smoking on a timescale from 20 minutes to 10 years and beyond.
Here are a couple:
NHS timeline
WhyQuit timeline
My question is, how much of these benefits are retained when switching from smoking to snus, instead of completely quitting nicotine/tobacco? I guess most of it applies, but some - like blood pressure/pulse rate, blood circulation in gums/risk of tooth loss, cravings - are still a problem?
Thoughts?
