    Salt intake from snus

Too much salt is supposed to be bad for blood pressure and such. Is there an elevated risk of this through use of snus?

The salt in snus is quite minimal - roughly 2-3% per portion (1 gram)

So there is not much concern on that front IMO

But snus has been linked to raised blood pressure

Today almost everything you shuve in your mouth has some sort of negative effect.

Im perfectly happy with shuving some snus in my mouth and dealing with the minimal risk's than shuving some McDonalds in my mouth.

Plus, you get a good feeling from snus!

If it raises it less than smoking does then I'm happy.
