People use Ephedrine-Caffeine-Aspirin combination to make cardio more efficient. I cannot imagine ES being worse than those 3 stimulants together. And that combination has been in use for a long time...

I am another that uses es portions all day everyday. I have been using them exclusively for about 5 years, for me they have a calming effect. I have reletively low blood pressure though.

I usually oder through snus.de but the last order I placed on sept 12th didn't come in, which is unusual. I've emailed them and got the following answer today:

          ----------

          Hi,

we are sorry for the delay.

As we use this delivery option for the first time, I cannot make any
predictions, sorry – but all in all we chose this one to make things
go better/faster, of course … so it would be indeed very
important for us to know how it’s working.

So I would ask you to contact us when the shipment arrives, even if it’s
Later than usual, because we need this data.

          Thanks for your cooperation!
Interesting. I too am waiting on a delivery from these guys using the new delivery service. Been a week so far. The old delivery service, the snus was in my hands 2 days after ordering.

            Hey bud,

I've been using Thunder Frosted ES portions/los for over 4 years now. I've been using this daily, and sometimes as much as a can of it a day, for years. You have nothing to be worried about. It may be difficult to switch to regular portions later , but you aren't in any danger because of your decision to use mostly ES portions. I still mostly use ES portions, and I'm doing quite well.

            Relax.

I just recently read that using ES portions is not a good idea health wise. Not knowingly I've used Skruf ES portions for the last 3 years or so. My intake was Half a can (12 portions) a day or so. sometimes I even chainsnus ES portions. I got used to the nic. level pretty quickly so I don't really feel much of a buzz when I use. I've had some problems with heart palpilations but those could have been due to something else. Other than that my doc. diagnosed Thyroid underfunction so now I take Thyroid hormones for that but again, this could have been due to something else unrelated to snus.

In general, is it so uncommon to use ES portions exclusively? I said to my self "same price, might as well get a better buzz" Now i am worried that I might have really done something to my health all those years and that there might be consequences to my behavior.. :-(

Anyone got some advice / information regarding high nic. intake in relation to ES portions and health? it would calm me already knowing that I am not the only one using ES portions regularly. Matter of fact, I've only been using one kind of snus for all the years I've been using... after reading some posts I feel that I've engaged in helpless n00b behavior. is that so?

              Best,
              Thomas
I wouldn't worry about it too much. I started really liking snus right before PACT so ordered rolls and rolls thinking I would not have another chance until I was out of the US. If it was on sale I bought it.

After awhile found that the ones that really eliminated all urge to smoke were around Odens Extra Stark, Skruf Xtra Stark and General Ekstra Sterk nic levels. So that is almost all I used for about a year.

Now I use everything. Odens Extreme in the morning is always nice but I don't need that strength level all day.

The way to cut the nic you use is to make sure to have a few others around that you like and it will happen gradually.

Whalen is right in that your body will let you know when you overdo it.

I'd worry more about your pancreas and premature diabetes from the spike in insulin from all that nicotine. You're probably used to it by now....

Seriously though, you should worry more about the fluoride in your water or salt and the chemtrails being sprayed over your house.

                  Interesting,

is there a correlation between stark snus use and diabetes? this is quite worrisome
