well that woz to bloody close i've just got home from hospital 13 days at deaths door with pneumonia and a collapsed lung bought on buy the flu !
please give me a bit of time before i start chipping in again on here as i'm still very tired at the mo and i'm sleeping alot still.
but i log on here see that mr GN has started trials on coffee snus and that cheered me up a bit.... daz

Welcome back! I'm glad you made it. People don't give flu enough respect. Chances are you'll do ok, but it causes many deaths per year, and particularly nasty strains can wipe out large amounts of population.

well here's a little update for you all , i'm now back on the snus at last i've been making do with piccanell cut's and a light weight germen ozona rasperry snuff as hiccups or a sneezeing fit would of been a right killer pain wise !!!
so i'm back in favour town and all i have to do now is work hard on getting my fittness level back to where it woz befoure the bloody flu hit !!!!!!
p.s. i still have to take it easy at the mo but hell i'm on the mend now, BUT i know i have to remember that full health is still along way away, but hell you take lots of small steps to walk a mile

Since Ive had kids flu absoloutely floors me and I get it every single year. Puts me out of action for 6 days. Must get a flu jab this time.
