I don't think they are against meat but I don't remember hearing much about it in the movie.

I do remember them recommending salmon oil which is definitely not vegetarian.

I like watching movies like that. Following their advice is a whole different matter though.

I have cut way back on red meat, caffeine, and sugar and just bought some stuff called Green Vibrance. I plan on focusing on getting healthier in the new year. My tastes are changing on their own, which means it will work better as I am not trying to force myself.

Muesli for breakfast is really bad, It might make you feel healthy, but that's due to the effect conventional wisdom has on you. With muesli or any grain-based cereal for brekky - high carb load, insulin spike (fat storage) and the energy you get from it doesn't last long, not like the 6 hours of satiety I get from either a bulletproof coffee or eggs and bacon. Much better for you! Anyone suggesting that fatty breakfasts are bad for you are as ignorant as people saying snus causes cancer. Research! Try becoming a fat burner! We've been doing that for 2 million years!

You guys make me feel bad. I still drink as much and still consume quite a lot of unhealthy food. However I have just gotten my hands on loads on cookbooks, one of which is called "refresh", which is basically vegan food from world famous restaurants - Most of it sounds delicious, but it's pretty hard to get Tofu Steaks around here.
But if anybody is interested in some cookbooks, I have a lot on my laptop so I could email it.
