Whats the worst that could happen?

Lets say that I chain-snused till the day I died starting tomorrow morning. I mean in the sense that I put one in every 30 minutes from 7am (waking up) till 9pm(one hour before sleep)

What would be the absolute WORST that could happen?
I read someone whose gums bled. but They dipped as well

If doctors were to examine my dead body on my deathbed (after chain snusing) what would they find wrong with my body?

.....and cold snus in your mouth.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I guess with whitening toothpaste it wouldn't be that bad?

I have found mixed research results regarding the chances of oral cancer

I'm against white teeth. They're unnatural looking, as teeth get stained with age. Freakishly white teeth don't look right. Additionally, whiteners are hard on teeth, and can affect the enamel, which is what really matters.

I haven't seen any credible link to oral cancer and snus use.

So is the alternative to that? Just have yellow teeth?
I never really thought about it like that. very interesting and kinda true (I am not agreeing or disagreeing with you. Just kind of digesting the thought)

Yellowish teeth. Just brushing with regular toothpaste should keep them acceptable. My comment above was kind of tongue in cheek. My teeth don't look worse for using snus. They aren't Hollywood white, but they look as they should for someone my age. People are different, and there'll be a variance in staining and recession depending on the individual. Mine's been minimal in both cases, but non zero as near as I can tell. It's hard to say though, because recession and staining are a natural part of aging, and the only way you could halfway test it would be by comparing identical twins, with identical lifestyles aside from tobacco use.

I think it depends more on other lifestyle choices than on snus. Say you would die of a heart attack caused by obesity, little exercise, genetics, age and fatty foods; snus and coffee could have been a contributing factor in the end, but not the cause. It's like few vague correlations between snus and oral cancer - since tobacco users apparently drink more alcohol, that could have easily been the factor for the (again, few) oral cancer findings in snus users.

If you live an all-round healthy lifestyle - I think snus use is not going to affect health adversely, even when chaining. The tolerance you build up against nicotine protects you from damage, and makes the blood pressure increase, heart beat raise etc. which is significant in first-time users or children, minimal.

If it's your time to go it doesn't matter if you have a snus or a Multivitamin in your mouth. So if you enjoy something why deprive yourself, just my opinion.

I agree, but if you put that statement for smoking, hard drugs etc. it's a but different. Then you have a lot of reasons to deprive yourself of it.

                          I read through this

Wow. I thought snus was a little bit worse than that!

I take it that if I excercise, everyday, at healthy, sleep properly, and destress every day, I should be fine?

And in regard to the hard drugs statement: I agree with that. At least for me, 1$ worth of tobacco (MAX I ever use habitually) can make me feel calm, relaxed, focused, and level out my stomach after every meal. And last but not least, provide great taste. All with minimal health damage. Sounds like a no brainer to me

and the reason I don't apply the same thing to hard drugs. I feel that chain snusing wouldn't affect my brain at all. The main organ in my body that I care about is my brain. It is the center of everything in my body. Smoking weed affects my lungs...who cares? I run everyday. I think that neurotoxic damage from hard drugs is something pretty hard to recover from

I was just posting this up mainly because I felt that snus might affect my life later. Love life, job etc.

I would say im an occassional user and a college student

years down the line, yellow teeth would not be the best for attracting a spouse

EDIT: Also, I have read on here that snus might be good for your teeth in some cases? Anybody wanna expand on that?

teeth staining is no massive problem for me... smoking was much worse. You could gargle hydrogen peroxide once a week/fortnight if you are worried about it.
