Nicotine Headaches? (too much vitamin N)

Ouch, today I had a huge headache the whole day (maybe migraine?) from too much snus, dip and loose leaf tobacco in the morning... Then having another 2 different dips and a prilla of snus in the afternoon.
Yikes....Methinks I go overboard at times.

I thought it was a caffeine withdrawal headache, but it didn't go away after having a strong cup of tea.

I'm not the person to get headaches (never get them), so it took me by surprise.

    Anybody else experienced this?

Yeah I get them too. Used to get bad headaches when I smoked too much. Now I'll get them if I snus too much.

Sucks. Do you get any pre-warning? Or does it just hit you sudden?

I know to lay off the nicotine when I get pressure in my eardrums and I get a faint hum in my ears. It's one of my warning signs that I'm getting too much.

Starks sometimes give a headache, and I avoid that by not using starks. I never get a headache from regular snus.

So far I've not gotten headache from too much nic. I get nauseated and my heart gets faster. I feel. The need for lts of water and lie down with a wet wash cloth. It's gone in 10 minutes or so. Maybe it's good thing I get nauseated so I don't go to the headache part. Especially if it's all day. Sorry that happens to you

I have never gotten nicotine headaches either. I just get wired from too much nicotine, similar to too much caffeine.

Never got headaches in combination with too much nicotine. Due to the fact that I'm chainsnusing, sometimes on an empty stomach, sometimes strong brands, I get the feeling of "too much is too much" about once in a week. But I never got headaches from it.

Everyone is different, as long as the headaches don't become permanent or agonising, I wouldn't worry too much.

              Cheers!

Hmm, my pre-warning might be feeling groggy and too relaxed. I never get all wired up from nicotine.
I just woke up and thankfully the headache is gone. I'll take it easy today with the 'baccy.

                Thanks everyone!

I only get them if I dip all day and not eat enough or if I eat at all. It's annoyin however I just picked up dippin again after 3 months of no dip...
