Weed did something terrible to me once. So if I "could" smoke it, trust me, I would be!

we've ramped down the dangers of long term ill-health to the lowest risk factor we can achieve before we lose touch with the plant that makes the chemical altogether.

Tobacco is so difficult to make me forget, even though I know it contains nicotine, it makes physical health declined, but I can not abandon it.

Im actually in the process of quitting. 4 days not snusing or smoking after 4 pm. Today is my fourth day not smoking or snusing after 3 pm. Tomorrow starts 2 pm. So far its been pretty easy. More easy than hard however I dont know if I can make it.. as I drop my quitting time lower and lower.

I actually do take a benzo.

              Fleshlight means sex?

I think one cause of my stress is intermittent fasting. Ive been a daily practitioner for many years and I think all of my senses are so keen.

Either way Im trying to quit. But there is nothin like a cigarette at 6 am when no one is up yet.

But to be honest I look forward to my quitting time since for some damn reason i just get stressed out by tobacco.

It wasnt always that way. I think there is something psychological going on.

I used to be able to just smoke on the patio all day. Now I constantly have to walk.

Point being Im doing this until I think maybe I cant handle it. Then Ill go back and quit caffeine.

              Thanks for reading.

I could do 4 o clock. I could do 3 o clock. But I had a rough time with 2 o clock so I guess Im not quitting but will try not using too much caffeine. Peace

I dont know which thread my quitting posts have been on.

Yesterday I decided I would quit at 1:30 pm.

After a run and thru the night eating just rice, I swear I was craving the tobacco vegetable.

I actually woke up from sleep and smoked a cig and popped in a small camel portion.

Im finding it hard sometimes to quit, although I have really gotten used to simply not using towards the end of the day. Id say I have 15 days under my belt of not using any tobacco after at least 4 pm.

I dont find that hard but if I try quitting early I am craving the tobacco herb. Its like it settles my stomach.

                      Anyways. Whatever

Also the weather where I live is getting rough. I can see why northern scandinavians use snus to brave the harsh climates. Cuz it works! Tobacco just makes you more resilient. If I had an outdoor job in sweden I would be using snus, not making a banana smoothie.
