    Clicking teeth

About 2 days ago my top row of teeth started clicking/adjusting when I mess with them with my tongue. Wierd because I have been snussing on the bottom row recently.

The only thing I can think of is either snus caused receding and my teeth arent well placed anymore or it's because I went from no flossing to flossing in the past week.

    Thoughts, opinions?

Go and see a dentist if it bothers you.

My teeth can click a bit after flossing too hard, but it probably would be a good idea to see a dentist if it doesn't go away after your gums get used to flossing. I had the same thing happen recently after an accidental blow to the face, and it took a while for the clicking to ease. Continually messing with it with my tongue probably didn't help, either.

That happens to me from time to time. It usually goes away after a day or two. I talked to my dentist about it and he stated that it looks like I grind my teeth a bit. Now that he pointed it out, it's true, I do. When I'm stressed I clinch my jaw and push my bottom teeth into my top teeth. I went to target and got a mouth guard (build to stop people from grinding there teeth) and it has been helpful. But yeah, if it doesn't go away talk with your dentist.
