    Root Canal&Snus

    Hey guys!

I've been snusin for about 2 years now. In these 2 years only 2-3 weeks I have smoked instead of snussing (I couldn't find snus on abroad, my shipment couldn't arrive due to weather conditions etc..) I had a terrible tooth pain on my 1st upper tooth(where I put snus actually, but it doesn't have anything to do with snussing i know) and had a huge inflammation on my upper lip, so that I couldn't put snus there. So before yesterday, I went to my dentist (after using antibiotics for a week, the infection was gone) she did a root canal on that tooth and sent me back. Q is as follows: Has anybody had any 1st upper tooth problem and snussed with it? Thank you!

Last year I also had a root canal and crown, but no infection. In fact, the dentist hurt my wallet more than my mouth. The only thing I could say that might be a little helpful would be to keep the portion off any tinder spot until it heals. I wouldn't think the portion being in you mouth would inhibit the healing process.
