You know I've always wanted to take a cold shower.

I've read about people taking cold showers in novels and such. Thought it was all fiction.

    I've never had the guts.

Does anyone really take cold showers in real life?

I do, most people think im mad though but it has a range of benifits like increasimg testosterone, better for the skin and hair, improves your immune system from chest infections and the like, helps with depression, anxiety and helps with sleep. Once you convince yourself to get in and get past the initial shock its really nice. Feels so much better then a hot shower.

The only down side is it raises blood pressure.

When I started reading your post I was ready to take the plunge because you were very convincing.

The last line axed it for me. Higher blood pressure I don't need at this stage.

But you've tempted me. I've accidentally been hit with a blast of cold water in the shower and I can't imagine getting past that sensation to where it gets feeling good.

        But I won't skydive either.

I do the James Bond version, wash and shave in warm shower then finish with cold, front-back, front-back, front then done about 90 seconds total. I don't think there would be any blood pressure issues with this method and well the benefits are personally incredible for energy, sex drive, and overall well being. Hard to believe something so simple would have so many noticeable benefits.
