    Is it addiction ?

Really clever idea... I will go on drum lesson with snus in, making driver license with snus in. Dating the girls wkth snus in... Pure heaven... I want to feel normal without it also, jam on drums with people and be focused and not down. Know i see every tobacco is just pure ***** ... Never going back to smoking. Edit : now you can see how irritated i can be. Its my fourth hour in this day and i im going to snus another pinch of frosted. I will try to give up with citisine, maybe the break will reduce my addiction (hopefully not return )

Not sure of your goal. What addiction are you trying to get over snus or cigarettes? If snus helps your mental state why do you have to give it up? The health consequences of snus are nil to none in imo.

        Is it addiction ?

Im trying to get less addiction, when i can feel calm for longer time without snusit. And its not definetely helping mental state, cause without i feel a lot worst, that means one serious addiction ! For example after alcohol my anxiety and other mental problems dont exist, but is it good if i drink all day ?

I think oceter you are judging tobacco based on what the mass conscienceness states it is. Meaning its taboo. Every culture around the world over eons always had taboo substances. And many times those taboo substances would reverse places and become accepted again.

Just take tobacco for what it is. Tobacco.

Who cares. Pump up your volume and board if you want to feel excited. Many negative mental states are because we arent living our dreams. Its reality. Most people NEED coffee just to deal. Off track but just relax.
To snus or not to snus. That is not the question

Also to stay drunk all day would impair reflexes, thoughts, moods, and have long term health consequences.

The comparison is not accurate and would tend to distort the issue at hand.

Snus is expensive, a hassle to obtain, and not always socially accepted........but as far as health concerns go they are negligible.

Is it better to be addiction free......absolutely.......would weaning yourself off of snus and caffeine be advantageous.....yes (if simply for the money saved) ..........would weaning yourself off of sugar, salt, and processed foods be far FAR more advantageous........without a doubt.

The decision regarding snus is not really a health one........

a society that puts warning labels on snus........while marketing MacDonald to kids has got things ass backwards
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Another sane viewpoint from dog in a swirling sea of surrealism.
