Im not sure cause it geta when i feel something strange in body, like fast heart rate or feeling too tired... When i have these feelings and load snus which gives nic hit it makes it worst. But at home, when im not worried about people and things around me its enjoyable.

        My experience quitting snus

Its closed circle... Feeling cravings can nake it, nic hit can make it... So it will be better for me to stop. I dont remember that cigarettes could make it, but it can be because nic were wearing off quicker and i have to stand, move instead of sitting with them

I quit for a couple of months early last year... January 13 - May 13... The first week was hard, but then it was quite easy.

Lighten up dude. Your post was incoherent/nonsensical, so I was just stating that in a joking way. I assumed you would clean it up and clarify what the point was that you were trying to make in the first place. My advise would be not to take yourself or any other poster too seriously.

Also, checkout this thread, good stuff: http://www.snuson.com/showthread.php...-Saved-My-Life!

Sorry tou can see how much im unstable. The thing is that i focus too much on my body (reading about how body is reacting to snus is something similiar ), i mean im scared of having these atacks which are caused by fear (of people, bad memories). I have lost my mom and girlfriend during last year and stayed at home for long time just smoking ton of cigs. That was too much, i didnt want to get cancer as my mother. I gave up school and im sad what my girlfriend done to me after break (she is very important for me, she was supporting me with death of mu parent). Befote all that i had all of this mental problems but solve them and wverything in life went fckd. The nicotine raises my blood sometimes and im focusing on it too much sometimes when in anxious so it is making in worst. I think its better for me to avoid druga before i can make thinga normal in my mind and life. The first atacks have happened after 2 years og smoking weed (probably shit weed).

Obviously you have a lot going on. One step at a time, make small corrections and don't worry about all or nothing. Just taper down on your nic use and focus on diet, exercise, and rest. Also, learning a type of relaxation technique would be very useful. Zen Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi whatever appeals to you. Rome wasn't built in a day. I would recommend an expert but not being from your area I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending one, as the wrong professional can make things worse, much worse.

Did you read this material. This article has many options that you can take on your own ... http://chriskresser.com/depression

Don't resign yourself to feeling powerless or hopeless. Think back to a time when you felt good and in control then tell yourself that you will feel that way again and do not let anything deter you. Any perceived setback is just getting you one step closer to your true self. It is not a matter of if, just when and it is ok to not know how just that you will and give gratitude that the solution(s) will come to you and the cloud will be lifted and so it is done.

                          Solberg, like your post.

Very good you wrote it. Because there aint too much log reports of quitting.

Seems like piks has a subconscious fear of nevah lettin go, of snus.

I did this recently. I tapered off. Went down to just using one portion at a time. Then a half portion. Then taking breaks between those half portion. At that pt it was easy to let it go. Made it 2-4 days prrty solid. Started up again but today realized I actually am too stressed out with how I use it. Back to half portion.

Anyways I use kratom. I think that helps! But I can see where piks is coming from becuz without other plants I think I would need snus.

                          Who knows.
To snus or not to snus. That is not the question

You need a psychologist. A psychiatrist, or both.

Or get some bali kratom from a reputable online vendor. But Id still recommend the above.
