    Gums concerns

I've been snusing for almost a month and doing 10 portions a day. I'm pretty sure its due to portions but I'd like to ask you guys. Everydays from morning till night I have snus under my top lip, sometimes I just don't feel like snusing and my top lip feels empty and weird. So I looked in the mirror and found out that gum tissue about the tooth is wrinkled. Is that due to friction or snus ruining my gums already? My gums around the teeth look fine just way above that is wrinkly.

I don't know the issue but I roll my portions around my tounge until moist just incase it is causing friction. In a few days I'll know if thats the case but another question I have how many years does it take to ruin your gums? I mean the beginning of deterioration?

Btw! Do not buy ODENS! I love oden, but damn white to brown teeth in a day. So embarrassing had to find out the end of the day in the mirror. Done 6 portions throughout the whole day, long lasting flavor =) 2 front teeth we're brown while everything else was yellow, I was disgusted...should of known when I would spit it would be almost black lol I don't usually spit snus, only to find out the color it.

Anyways as much as I love snus and snuff I know I'll have to end that fast....and I can say I'm glad I went to snus. 3 weeks+ of saving my lungs, rocking the gums I can now run without being catching my breath. I had a few cigarettes here and there when I forgot to bring snus. That being said, vaping is my last resort soon. I just need to know a safe estimated timeline I should snus before I even slighty ruin my gums, I want to smile without being insecure

My gums got dramatically worse in the first month and deteriorated over the first 6 months but in 3 years odd of solid use i can't say for certain they changed that much. There is always the gingival graft if you are in dire straits... harder to repair lungs than gums i think...

Not any worse than coffee, I think. I use whitening strips occasionally, a few a month.....seems to work.
