I have been using snus on and off for the past 3 years and 3 months ago started again after 7 month break (failed quitting attempt) I use sterk portions and switch sides from upper and lower gums. about a month ago I noticed that my right upper gum has changed somewhat. It used to be smooth and pocket like but now there is a smooth raised area right in the middle of where the pocket used to be. It has not seem to change since I first noticed it.
It almost looks like a whiter, thicker, harder area around the tooth roots. Anyone has experienced this?
