I can tell you from a SM standpoint, that all snus, regardless of nicotine content, is subject to the same ultra high standards of quality.

I don't even see the amount of Nicotine a concern, our bodies do a pretty good job of self titrating & you'll feel nic sick way before any affect of OD.

Using higher nic usually means you use less or keep it in shorter, but TSNA level in all SNUS are pretty much negligible anyway.
