well so far so good no increase in bp either. 126/83 will only get better as im starting kettleworx soon and then ksr regimine, plus yoga and weights.
at first after upping my nic dose i was a bit more breathless but that went away after a few hour walks. need to get it under 120/80 amd maintain, plus diet needa improvement, to much salt.

will do, started kettleworx the other day man im unfit, so started eating right and emailed their support, got some good feedback... need to master week1 before i move on. damn i ache.
