Anybody know anything about Knowledge Action Change (the company behind the report)? I couldn't find much on them. Are they lobbyist? Who are they making these reports for, who is reading them? In other words are these reports just on the web as public information or are they being seen by policy makers? They are funded by Dr. Yach's group "Foundation for a Smoke Free World".
