Gee Xobe... I thought you had this cool vibe goin' on. You were more eff'ed-up than I thought... (just kidding). 8)

cocsp2002 has good advice too. Caffeine dehydrates, salt holds water in, - stay hydrated. FWIW, carbonated drinks aren't good at all, including beer; which, if you drink too much of... will increase estrogen levels in your body, (not good for us guys). Better to stay with wine, hard licquor, juice and lots of water.

      Glad you feeling better.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Touche, Xobe...anyway, glad you're feeling better. If your man-boobs develop, Heather and I will DEFINITELY come to Savannah...

              Wait, that's weird.

Forget I said anything. (Slinks away slowly)

Is it plausable to say that the heavily increased sodium intake has affected my blood pressure so greatly that it only takes a small bit of nicotine to drive me to headaches rather than enjoyment?
Dude, go to WallMart and buy a blood pressure cuff. It really opened my eyes! I take meds now to control it, and I always know what my BP is because of this cheap device. My bad habits have really screwed me over, but my doc has helped, cheap devices have helped, and hopefully, snus in moderation will help too. Booze doesn't help either.....At my age, everything is bad, but the BP meds helped Lots!! As for salt, I don't salt my food, and I'm worried about my favs like Etton, so I use in moderation. Get the cuff, if your over 140, go get some meds. Get Diovan HCT, otherwise you'll cough your ass off. Plus, Mr. Happy (down south) will not like other BP meds. (Ask your doc, Diovan worked for me, no cough, and happy Mr. Happy) Make an appointment, get checked, it will open your eyes. Don't screw around with this crap, I thought I was dying a couple of years ago, now I have a plan, and I feel much better.
