I find that when I have cigarettes laying around then I will smoke one or two a day, especially after a long day at work. The only cigarettes I get bad cravings for are clove cigarettes for some reason, so I just try my best to not buy them. I've never been mad addicted to cigarettes so I won't say it's easy, as nothing ever is.
Also, taking up some sort of group sport is nice to help make you feel real good afterwards. Makes you want to stay away from putting smoke in your lungs in order to perform your best. Good luck and keep fighting it!
