I fell off the wagon for a week :(

I haven't posted on here for about a week, as I fell back into smoking rolling tobacco ops: . I also let my healthy diet, drinking less, etc slip. I won't lie, that first cigarette was good, but as soon as I'd had finished, well, you get the drift.

I am ready to get back into my snus, as, given the choice, I would rather NOT die a horrible death prematurely. Well, the Raddle is back on the boards and I want to thank all of you for creating a community for people like me getting back into snus. Hmm, I need to place an order soon, with plenty of LD Salmiak.

Two thumbs up for healthy living! 8)

I still will pick up a pack on a rare occassion. It reminds me how much smoking sucks and how much better snus is. Strangly smoking doesn't even satisfy my nic needs. I can have a cig in my hand and be thinking about how much I want a snus.

Cigarettes don't satisfy my nicotine cravings because it leaves the body in about thirty minutes. The nicotine from snus, on the other hand, will take a few hours to leave. I have had about 5 cigarettes since quitting in August, 2008 and don't find any satisfaction from them. I would suggest purchasing some Ekstra Sterk or Sterk snus to help combat cigarette cravings.

I have been off the snus wagon for a year (yeah, what the hell was I thinking). Having recently gone back to snus, I am deeply ashamed. I'll echo what snusjus and brianc are mentioning about the nic. The difference is so big that I get no enjoyment from my trusty camels now. I still have 5 packs left of the last carton I bought. My wife has smoked 3 packs from that carton. I suspect she'll smoke the rest as I don't even want to light up anymore.

Welcome back and may the snus be with you!
