You need at least 15 mins of outdoor light a day. As I work a lot of nights I get as much of my skin exposed to the sun as possible, even in winter.
Tablets although good for vit D are not a total replacement for the wavelength of the suns rays. Your bones will weaken, your eyesight will deteriorate, and vit D deficiency has been linked to MS and cancer. It's one of the most important vitamins.
Yep, he is right. When the test was taken I wasn't getting out at all, i was struggling with depression. Living with my condition is a struggle, my health fluctuates. My mood is better as of late though, and I spend at least a couple of hours out and about every day. Luckily I only have/had an insufficiency, not deficiency.

I take a multi pack form GNC, Whey power, L-Glutamine. Been olympic & power lifting for awhile. I take the multi vitamins after each workout followed by my Whey and L-Glutamine. I don't buy the fancy high priced stuff, its all the same.

          My Two Cents

Hello, everyone. I've been taking this supplement called "Beyond Tangy Tangerine" for about six months. It's loaded with vitamins, trace minerals, fruits and vegetables. I'm actually a Rep with the company that makes the product. I've got a website at: www.risingsource.net if anyone is interested in it.

Many people have trouble with breakdown and absorption, particularly older people; they can surf right on through in extreme cases and come out virtually intact.

I tried this stuff and at regular dose it made my urine glow. So, I tamed the dose down and finished it off. Had a very strong fresh vitamin smell and taste that turned me off. Still can taste it now.
