Who takes them?
Just curious. I have been really watching what I eat since I quit smoking, so I also decided a while ago that a few supplements wouldn't hurt, either.
There are two that I take daily, ATM...
B-complex: I've actually been taking this one for over a year, and I swear that I haven't been sick since I started taking them. The only downside is that they tend to circulate too quickly, especially if you drink a lot of coffee like I do. Makes your piss damn near glow in the dark, too.
Omega-3: I started taking this one about six months ago; it's one of the few that people have nothing but good things to say about. I don't like any kind of seafood, so that is my main reason for taking them. I take the purified fish oil capsules, but they leave a nasty strong fish taste when you belch, so I'm thinking of trying the flax seed version.
I used to take Centrum daily years ago, but I heard that they really aren't all that beneficial. Anyone else have any other suggestions for a good daily use supplement?
