Ouch! I love me some Skruf. Didn't notice if you posted, was it portion or los? Normal or white? Suppose you could try them all and see, not very fun tough.
I haven't had any kind of reaction the rest of this week. I am beginning to wonder if it is related to dehydration. I had maybe 10 beers Saturday night and the worst of the rash was Sunday.

I'm no MD, but from experience, if dehydration gets to the point that its giving you a rash, you would also be noticing some pretty severe headaches and fatigue, more so than you would feel from a 10 beer hangover. In other words, you would be feeling pretty f-ed up to the point where you really wouldn't function well at all.
My guess would be that you are having an allergic reaction to something be it something in your snus or a spider bite/food/pollen/whatever.
Skruf does have rose oil in it....are you allergic to flowers?

Not that I know of. I work outside everyday. I never have any normal allergic reactions: runny nose, watery/itchy eyes. As far as I know I am allergic to very little. I finished that can of Skruf and didn't get the rash. I'm gonna wait a week or so before opening another can.
You may have got bitten by something and not realized it. I would think that if you were allergic to Skruf, you would get the rash every time and not randomly. Hope it all works out for you, Skruf is one of my favorites.
I thought it would be interesting to note that I also believe I am allergic to Skruf. My allergy isn't quite the same as what you described, it is more of a scratchy throat runny nose type thing (think cold/allergies) that are reproduce-able by about 3 portions. I think it is the bergamot. This is the second snus I am allergic to that I know of thus far, the other being Catch Eucalyptus (wow swollen lip!). Sad cause I really like Skruf...
Skruf is produced in the forests of Småland in the southern part of Sweden and fresh water from the forest lakes are used in the production.
