    Geographic Tongue?

Does anyone else here deal with geographic tongue also known as benign migratory glossitis? If so, do you find that snus irritates the condition or does it help prevent outbreaks or have no effect at all?

My brother used to have it really bad when he was younger; sometimes he would actually gnaw on his tongue until it bled.

Not sure how snus affects that condition, so I can't help you there but that's a good question. I'd be interested to know the answer, myself.

I had not heard of that previously but it looks uncomfortable. Snus lowers the PH in your mouth if I remember correctly. Not sure how the PH level affects the geographic tongue.
