since, nothing has improved or worsened, which is fine. being on the line(where it touches your teeth), is quite obviously not a good placement.
Portion can be off of the gum line but how can u use lös without it touchin to the gum line in some place?

I make a smaller, longer pris (and put it way up there) and use multiple sites. And I switch sides a lot. It seems to help. Also, some snuses seems to cause more irritation (and run) than others. I use those snuses less frequently.

How big pris do you use? 2mm, 3mm, 5mm?

I hand bake and I'd guess they're 5-10mm (.25 inches, to between .25 and .5 inches) thick by 2-4cm (.75-1.5 inches) long. I've got too much time on my hands and weighed them a few times and a long one can be a gram or a bit more, a short one is .5-.75 grams.

I tend to ride my snus further back and I must have a deep pouch on my upper lip because it works. The pris starts above my canine and goes back to my first or second molar. I bake them in a thin roll and they stay above my gum line. General and Grov work well for this. Even further forward I've been able to keep them above the gum line with practice.

If the snus tends to run (like Roda Lacket) then I make more of a thicker, oval shaped pris and I don't make it as long.

Of course I don't know how long any of this will last before I'm just packing it up there by the grams on the same side because it's more comfortable. I guess it depends on how my old gums hold out. If I only had the gums I had when I was twenty. I only use loose once or twice a day and portions the rest of the time and so far so good.

Seems like another good argument for minis.
