    permanent brain freeze?

After doing some flavored snus (like thunder frosted or wintergreen) my teeth get very sensitive and it feels like the teeth under my upper gums hurt as if I ate some really cold ice cream. Except the feeling has been staying for a couple of days. Did anyone have experiences like that?
I don't know if I have thin gums or what...I actually have had receeding gums before I even started snusing, I am bit worried about long term effects, but I am just not ready to say goodbye to nicotine

Not really a fan of minty snus for that reason. Prob the menthol (mint) in the snus. What's it like with original flavour snus?

I took a couple of days off the mint stuff and the teeth have calmed down some. I think not more than one thunder frosted portion every two days for me. I still feel though as if I came back from teeth cleaning.

I have used about three cans of Frosted, never had issues such as yours.

I'm a big fan of mint snus and it constitues about 80% of my snus usage and I haven't had any issues like what you've described. Have you considered maybe using one of the "sensitive teeth" toothpastes? It could help if you're a big fan of the mint and want to keep it in heavy rotation.

That's kind of the feeling I got when I first started dipping in high school; it went away after I got used to it, though. Never had it happen with snus, although I did get a little bit of gum and jaw sensitivity when I started using OR Longcut...
