Just wanted to know if snus contributes to spots on the face, or stains the teeth?

May stain teeth, esp Skruf but I find it brushes off quite easily. My teeth are whiter now than when I was smoking. Snusar for about 5-6 months. I do about 7 prilla/day, each about 1-2 hrs then put in a fresh one, but could be up to 4 hrs if I forget.
Acne? I havent noticed any

my teeth are whiter too than when i smoked. been chain snusing about 2+ months, just brush your teeth good with a whitener toothpaste and it should be ok imo. don't know about the zits though... :?Comment

Any staining that I've gotten has been easily removed by brushing with baking soda once a week. No incidents of acne so far <thankfully>.Comment
