Back to Snus, GOOD BYE DIP

Hello, im back now...again lol.

I started back dipping back in april and just kinda wondered away from snus.

Now, Ive never been one to say that dips bad and snus is so much better and that dips dangerous.

I would have to say i belived dip to be just as harmless as snus as a matter of fact.

NOT SO

I had my yearly dental exam done and well i will now have to have a skin graft put on my gumline on my botton lip due to the gums receeding so low i risk loosing the front four lower teeth.

Also had cavities on the teeth that harbored my nicely placed pinches.

Now i take care of my teeth mind you, im a dentists son so it was kinda forced into my head at a young age and sfter all this I must say IM DONE WITH DIP!!!

Of course if your still doing American Dip and you have good gums and all then by all means keep on keeping on but i do warn those of you who use dip and start noticing things going downhill to get checked out.

NOTE: Anyway i only dipped bout 1/2 to 3/4 a can a day.

But I have some Lab Series on the way along with Gotlands, and General

And i also owe someone some Onyx I need to get in touch with.

Welcome back. It's good that you're taking it seriously, and spreading the word.

Sucks about the graft. I had my first fairly major dental work in August. It was $$$lots of fun$$$.

Good to see you back Grim. It sucks about the dental problems, but at least they can be fixed. Skin grafts still beat an iron lung AFAIC. Once your fixed up, it'll just be another speed bump in life :^)
