    Quitting.

I suppose there are options like cut-back or go mini, but I honestly don't see a reason to use anymore; all it's doing is receeding my gums and eating my money. I've been having more and more heart palpitations and anxious moments after nicotine use as opposed to before it too.

I've only been using nicotine for about 1 year regularly and a year before infrequently. I wasn't a smoker so I won't go back to cigs. I was only really using recreationally ; not to treat any psych-problems. This won't be easy, but I'll do it.

I wish you all luck with your nicotine consumption, health, and finances. I will continue to spread the word of snus where I see an opportunity and fight misconceptions(sounds like a superhero).

In positive news, Alcohol helps deplete nicotine quicker, so that's what I'm doing tonight(don't worry I don't drink and snus). Keep an eye out for cut-rate snus being sold here when I get around to selling it.

What exactly is a heart palpatation? Is it a sign of a kind of heart diesease? Or just anxiety?

If cold turkey doesn't work, I would recommend going to mini portions. Your tolerance will be lowered from abstinence so the 4mg portions will seem stronger than before. Once you are accustomed to 4mg portions, move onto mini white portions, since the nicotine hit will be slower. After that, try quitting cold turkey. Good luck with your attempt though.

They are irregular heart beats. I get them a couple times a week and while they are not painful (fluttering sensation for me) they are definitely concerning when they happen.

That fluttering you're experiencing is simply the love for snus at work. Sometimes I get butterflies in my stomach when I get a new order in.

Good luck quitting nicotine. I too plan on quitting snus at some point. I ordered several non-nic snus from northerner this past week. I will try and wean myself to those but I'm not very optimistic that I will even like the flavor. Visit us every once in a while.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I wish you the best of luck with your decision, but as others have said if you can't stop the urge maybe stick to occasionally using minis and always avoiding stronger snus or keeping them in more than you really need.
