    Yandy, I really think it is a combination of both. Been almost three years so really hard for me to remember exactly what it was like when I was brand new. But typical time for most folks to truly acclimate to the snus is about a month. And I think too, you just get used to and don't notice what is left.

    So in a few months, i really think you won't even think about it any more.

      It's definitely normal for me. After 5-6 months of snus, I get far less burn (but also less nicotine) by using mini-portions. Using los removes the burn completely, but I do very small hits of los at a time.

        I quit a 3 pack a day habit with snus. Noticed quite a bit of burn on my lip when I first started but it passed. Still cant manage to snus when I drink though got have the smokes with my beer.
