I was just reading an article online about nootropic effects of low dose nic. It makes sense to me, and I recently considered going back on tobacco after having quit for many years, and my why initially said boredom, and remembering something I liked(at the time), but also, I think even more is seeking some mood elevation. I'm very depressed, with a low mood, mainly I believe to being older, low-t, diabetes issues, lethargy, I could go on. I think I want to get some low nic pouches, 2 or 3 mg. I saw some at Northerner I liked, but I want to check the local grocery, I know they have some kinds. My goal is not to "get a buzz" like I think I was wrongly seeking with that fake dip, but some mental mood lift.

Thanks. I can, sure. But I'm curious if a low dose might actually help me. I'm totally tobacco and nicotine free for many years, but I literally feel like shit all the time. I try to control my eating but it's miserable not being able to eat what one wants, since I've gotten older my social life has changed, I used to have active bands, practice, shows, recordings, that really effected me ending that, I'm 57 now, my T level is low, I don't have a Dr and my money is only so much in my savings. I just want to feel better.

Sunlight, exercise (Even if very painful), and hide the fork program.

Wasn't nicotine cited in Dementia and Parkinson's prevention/treatment at some point?

You know how the TV is always telling us what to believe, and I think that's how you know they are lying. I never believed tobacco and/or nicotine is so bad as they keep telling us. I hate those anti tobacco commercials.

I love that movie. It's a favorite, and I believe has a lot of truth in it.
