It didn't go too badly. I have 1mm of gum recession in the primary spot where I put my snus, and some of the white patches they saw in my mouth last time weren't there this time. I think the lost white patches are because I've reduced my smoking by a fairly large margin. I'll have to be more careful about changing snus positions, and try not to sleep with snus in my mouth so much, but I'm fairly pleased with the results. I'm curious to see what my next 6 month checkup looks like. I'll have been snusing for about 1 year at that point.
