    Take a hike!!!!!!!

    Seriously. Take a hike.

Since doing snus, I am able to breathe again.
I have since taken up hiking. I hike 4 miles a day on a 'strenuous' trail (Elevation gain is 1000ft).
I have also cut out some of the fatty foods that I used to be so fond of.
I used to drink up to 1/2 gallon of milk a day. (Did you know that 1 cup of 2% reduced fat milk has more fat than a bag of fries?)
I started hiking a week ago and weighed over 205lbs.
I haven't weighed myself since but my clothes are noticeably looser.

What doctors consider the recommended weight for my height and age is 121-160lbs.
What PEOPLE of my height and age think of as ideal is 176 lbs.
    Get your info here... http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm

I have a ways to go to meet any of the targets above... but without snus, I wouldn't have a chance.

    So... TAKE A HIKE!!

You the man Bullitz. Hiking is an excelent form of exercise. Go hiking with a friend or spouse and youll have some of the best conversations too. I myself have hiked the grand canyon several times in my day and am a huge fan of hiking... that is untill I joined the army and hiking/rucksacking got a bad name for me. Now I refuse to exercise lol, but I am looking now into joining the sierra club or something since i'm at 200 lbs now and fatter than ever.

After I get in better shape, I am thinking I might want to try out this trail since it is near by.

Get in shape and you can come down to Southern California and hike it with me. :-)
