It's 9 months for me... I quit the smokes on 11/11/11 and haven't looked back, I was holding onto those 2 or 3 smokes a day and using snus and decided to commit and let the snus do it's thing... So glad I did.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I've quit smoking with snus numerous times - I Still have the withdrawal (probably from all the damn chemicals in smokes) but SNUS does work.

And it's quite easy to quit snus, if someone would want to tapper of nicotine altogether.

Once you try Swedish you will never go back. You can go to the General site and click the Where to Buy banner at the bottom to see if there are any stores in your area that sell General snus. That would give you a chance to try some before you start buying online.

General is one of the the largest brands but not the only one by far. They have done a great job breaking into the American market. There is a guy here named Rick Charles that can probably point you to some availability of other brands in your area as he is a rep and great guy and spokesman for snus.

You should be excited... Once you pop in your first portion (or prilla), you will never want a cigarette again!

Yeah F*** cigs... seriously though I don't miss the ups and downs of nicotine uptake from cigarettes and snus is waaaaay tastier. I like being able to breathe when doing things like skateboarding and hiking. Snus changed my life. "the smug cloud is spreading down the west coast"

For sure, its depressing not being able to enjoy passions or hobbies because of a habit/addiction. I think having clear lungs was more of a motivator for me than cancer risk. I would have been happier using dip than cigarettes, but Snus is perfect!

The spitting really is an unfortunate circumstance, unless you are in the woods and nobody can see you..then its kind of fun.

I have to give you some credit for still being up posting too. Its late here, but its almost 4 am where you are right? Much respect man, my fellow Seattleites aren't even awake...or so it seems.
