So you're an athlete who uses snus? Then we got something in common. This is how I structure my snus use to fit with my training. This works for me, and I haven't experienced any negative effects due to the snus use, maybe even some positive effect.
Wake up: 7.15 AM
First meal: 7.30 AM
First portion: 7.45 AM
Second portion: 8.30 AM
First training session: 9.30 AM
Second meal: 11.00 AM
Second portion: 11.30 AM
Two portions at random time.
Third meal: 15.00
Third timed portion: 15.30
Second training session: 17.00
Fourth meal: 19.00
Past this time of the day I use snus randomly. I use Skruf Xtra Stark Portion.
I only use this during vacations. During schooldays I only have one trainingsession a day, but I use the rule: never snus closer than one hour before training or after training. If you use it too close up to the training, you're heartbeat will be higher than necesarry during the session, and you won't get as much out the session as you could have if you use it too shortly after the session..
