Just as caffeine should not be used by those with heart conditions, neither should nicotine be used by them.

I ride my electronic exercise bike most every morning (about three miles a day); to keep my cardiovascular system healthy and to keep from gaining weight. Most people don't get enough exercise. Not to mention that I feel so much better on the days that I do it vs. the days that I don't have time because I overslept. No one will live forever, but it sure helps to exercise every day if you don't want to give up the things you love (like a cup of coffee and a bit of nicotine).

When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Does that mean the pedals move around when you plug it in?

LOL, Frosted. No, it gives me my heart rate and tells me how many calories and carbs I'm burning, as well as telling me how many miles I'm doing and all that. I still have to do the work.

I like to turn on the GPS on my PDA and track my movements and waypoints when I'm exercising on my stationary bike.

And amphetamines like addy don't really calm a ADHD person down, they allow them to concentrate. Those are two very different things.
Whatever. Have you ever seen meth calm someone down at first?
I theorize that the stimulation of dopamine and other receptors
that have a calming effect are released from the over stimulation.
