I have went about 3 days without snus. The first day wasn't bad but I was fatigue, the second day I felt dizzy, agitated, and felt like snapping at any moment. The third day, I looked in my freezer and said to myself "what the hell am I doing I can't waste all this perfectly good snus that I have!" Then I popped a portion in and was immediately lite headed. Although I failed at that attempt I have reduced my snus intake to 15 portions a day to about 5-8 portions depending on how the day goes.

Around 4 hours. Then I really start to feel the withdrawal.
So I use around 2-3 prillas per day, one in the morning then 4-5 hours later ect.
This is the only way I can get a nicotine buzz.

Maybe I should go 72 hours without nicotine to clean out my body alittle.

I've left the house with the wife before and forgot to pick up a can, mostl y because i have one in and just don't think about it. Last Friday we went out to eat, then stopped at a friends house on the way home. Guess we got back home about 3 1./2 hours later. I was ready for a snus but i wasn't in that "gotta have nicotine" stage like i used to be if i went that long without a smoke. As others have said, i feel that i can go longer without fix and manage my nic habit better.

Anyways, welcome to and enjoy the world of snus.

It seems that if you can just hold out for 10-15 minutes when you crave; it'll go over

I can go for quite a while without one if I want to, but I choose not to

I'm waiting for an order to come in and have been bound to General White Portions for the past two weeks or so because my usual shop that I buy at hasn't received a shipment in a while, and I've noticed that I'm constantly putting a new one in...I just don't like them much but am willing to deal with them in the interim, but now I'm starting to really have withdrawal from my normal rotation!

Oh dear, I have been using snus for a year or so now and only stop snusing to eat and sleep, it worries me that I don't know how long I can go without it. That said I only use six or seven portions a day as I leave them in for a couple of hours.

2 hours is when I crave one(not just "want one)
3 hours I'm lightheaded, like someone else said, similar to low blood sugar feelings(and that probably is the reason)
4 hours I'm just really, really spaced out, that lasts throughout nicotine withdrawal(3 days) If I let it, which I've only done once.
