The Swedish Parliament made some rule changes affecting tobacco products. One in particular stands out: it set the minimum number of portions a can of snus must contain.

Some manufacturers will be unaffected, some minimally, but one in particular, a great deal.

My guess too! I know some of Odens portion flavors are inexpensive, but if you do the math it's no bargain, just less snus for less $.
