    Greetings from Miami

    Hello Snus fans

I just signed up to the forums here so I can learn from you all, and hopefully become a snus aficionado myself!

Little background- smoked for a few years in college. Now that I'm in grad school, and I'm all over during the day, I really wanted a smokeless, spitless, alternative. I found about snus a couple days ago, and decided to take the plunge today.

Unfortunately, the only snus I can get on-hand at the moment is Camel. Since I just moved here, I can't get "age verified" @ websites like Northerner....and I'm having a tough time finding a tobacco shop here that sells brands like General....

Ah well. As I write this, I have my first ever pouch of Camel Frost sitting in my upper lip. The sensation at first was a bit new...a little burning, a little tingling. I'm not noticing too much flavor, but what I do taste is...sweet. Almost "fake sweet" (guessing this is a Camel thing). As for any buzz...well...I'm not sure. I feel good though, pretty focused on all this work I have to do tonight.

    So, here's to future snus'ing

    Welcome!

Where in Miami are you? What grad school you go to?

I'll help you get some good snus if you want.

Welcome to SnusOn! You're really going to like Swedish snus compared to Camel.
