    Well, Scotch snuff, and many Indian snuffs are not "nasal snuff", and are used orally. The stick thing makes no sense to me. I'd like to see someone do it that way and make a youtube of it. But dumping some snuff in the front of the mouth does work fine. And a can of scotch snuff isn't much different in price than a can of dip, so it would not be a "waste", no more than any oral snuff.
