I would definitely suggest and recommend Ettan Los and If you want a budget Los Phantom Blue... I mostly use my 3ml Icetool and somtimes do a rough handbake..

Mostly your going to want to run the plunger under running water to free any stuck on snus around the o ring, Dry it and lube the o ring with vegetable oil to keep it moving freely...

If you want a budget lössnus I highly reccomend Phantom Classic and Phanton Classic Brown.

There are also some new snus you might be interested in. I can't vouch for them and I don't know if they will ship to Finland. Just another possible option.

Mr.Snuffleupagus covered the instructions very nicely . The problem for you being in Finland I imagine would be growing your own tobacco.
I would not reccomend using pipe or rolling tobacco because they include additives most notably sugars and glycerine that might cause you problems.
I think your best choice, if you want to make your own snus, is buying a snussat and use one of the established manufacturers like Kungsnus or Cuthof.
