It's illegal to import to Norway as a private person as well. Yep, I agree. The fact that the EU banned snus and not cigarettes is the most absurd thing I've heard of, when cigarettes was allowed. And that they haven't lifted the ban after it's been proved that it doesn't harm you anymore than coffee is a bit odd to me

Hey there,
From a fellow newb, I'm going to suggest Roda Lacket. It's a loose snus that packs well (has the consistency of moist clay). This results in an easy-bake pris. If you're going to go with a loose snus, I'd recommend something like Roda L.......it stays put. I'm really having a good time trying lots of different stuff though. I recommend that too. Back on topic.... good to see another Wisconsinite in the land of snus. Lots of Swedes up here in the cold and snow and ice. To bad they didn't stay with there snus habit when they immigrated.
My favorites are Ettan in any and all versions, Roda Lacket los and Gellivare...... oh, and Gotlands yellow and Skruf sterk los..... and even an occasional General Wintergreen.... and there's a few more I haven't mentionedComment

Welcome! My favorites are General loose, Ettan loose, Grov loose, General ES loose, General ES portion, Skruf Stark loose and Xstra Stark loose, Oden's ES Kanel loose, and Probe Whiskey loose. I also have been using some portions like Jakobsson's winter green and original, General original, Grov original, and I recently had a can of Knox original. The only thing I have on hand that I really am not into is Jakobsson's IceFruit.Comment

Hey everyone thanks for the warm welcome! I think its safe to say Im addicted at this point so Ill be sticking around and adding my two cents here and there lol. Its good to see a couple local snusers on here... very cool. To Mr. Snuffleupagus my fridge has an empty spot for some Ice fruit if you simply cant stand it. I find it refreshing and very different which makes for a nice change of pace here and there PM me if you want to gid rid of it! I see alot of you have a los version as your favorite. Ive only experimented with the portion stuff so far but I think I might add a can or two of los on my next order. Ive got two months til the wife comes home from training and I just got her warmed up to the idea of the portions since theres no mess haha. So maybe nows the time to see what los is all about is there anything special or tips I should know about loose snus?Comment
