    Hello, new here!

    Hello
I've been lurking for some weeks, but thought why not register and introduce myself.
40 years old, and quit smoking 15 months ago after a little more than 27 years of that. Yeah, started early lol
Anywho, i did try to quit some 6 years ago, but made the bad choice of trying to change to the brand catch (eucalyptos?). Yeah, that didn't work lol. Made another try 15 months ago when i re-discovered grovsnus! (portion) I even remembered when i tried that for the first time in -83? When it first came out on the market here. But at that point in early teens, smoking was cool, and forgot about snus from there on.

And grovsnus (portion) just worked perfectly! Exactly the tobacco taste substitute i needed to succeed. Smoked about a pack/day, and never thought i could just shift to snus so easyly. Can hardly remember i smoked anymore. So awesome.

Tried some other brands too ofc, like the most popular one in Sweden (general) but too odd with lemon? for my likes. The low budget ones are not so nice either. Kronan taste like wet grass/vegetable of some kind lol

So it's nice to see snus is getting popular around the world too.

Velkommen, min svenske venn (welcome my Swedish friend)

As you might know we Norwegians have your snus in every store, and I aprecciate what your country has given us! My favourite brand is General løs, and I have a huge prell of that in my mouth now. If you're looking for a good portion, try N&J. (That's a Norwegian brand, haha )

EDIT: I see you use Grov.

          Thanks y'all
Feels pretty awesome Bill! Never again the need to replace the damned lighter that ran out of gas when you needed them the most to light up the cig lol.
Snus is so convenient in that department isn't it?

Oh Nick and Johnny is a Norwegian brand eh? Awesome! Will definately try it. Thank you Hanske.

It's made by Swedish Match, but with Norwegian guidance, for the Norwegian market. It was released in Sweden about a year later. So is the General brands with Norwegian names. General Sterk, General Sterk portion, Long Sterk, Ekstra Sterk etc.

Oh, and what about stopping by this thread, so we can see where you're from? http://www.snuson.com/forum/showthre...Hometown/page3
