It sure is different. I'm trying another coola cola right now and experiencing the same results as with the Jägarpris... it's gonna take a few more times before I make up my mind. The coola starts off okay but the flavor is gone in about 20 minutes... but so far no indigestion.

I will revisit the JP again in a day or so ... it's definitely not an everyday snus ....... yet. But, who knows, this could be one of those that eventually wins you over (although that hardly ever happens with snus). The second portion was definitely better than the first but 45 minutes with it was the max!

Jägarpris Portion: I really like the menthol undertones I am not picking up!

Okay okay!! But there's definitely a UFO (unidentified floral odoriferousness) involved!
For some reason I'm reminded of that old-timey lozenge: Fisherman's Friend. It has
(that's right, it's still around somewhere) an acquired taste that usually defies analysis,
        just like JP.

If nothing else, the heavy bergamot should be good for your health...

See --- snus is good for you!!

btw, Jägarpris translates to "Hunter Price"

Pris=pinch I believe, so it would be hunter pinch. I suppose it's meant to evoke the countryside, and great outdoors.

Your definition sounds right in the context of snus.

Google Translate, though, gives up the following:

            Pris
            "noun
            1. PRICE
            2. PRIZE
            3. AWARD
            4. COST
            5. CHARGE
            6. PRAISE
            7. TROPHY
            8. TARIFF
            9. FIGURE
            10. PLATE
            11. PRAISING"

            Föreställa SIG ATT!

Hmm... Prise is pinch in German. We might need some native Swedish help on this one.
