Browsing the internet a couple of weeks ago and came upon this site after searching for dip and have been reading up on snus every since. Amazing that there is a "safer" way to sustain a nicotine habit.
Long time user of Copenhagen Longcut and worry about the detrimental side effects of using this product. Have cut back from a can and a half a day to under half a can a day, but still feel the risk is to great. I like my jaw where it currently is, but I also love my vitamin N.
Short of totally giving up the habit is this honestly the way to go ?
Blood pressure, pancreatic cancer, what other negatives follow this product ?
Best packet and nicotine level to start out with ?
Any good recommendations on brands / flavors ?
