Your los usage is totally a personal thing. It takes me four days to go through a can of los I like. If it is not striking the chord for me it may take five. I haven't seen how long an es los lasts me but I am sure it is much longer....

Congrats on not smoking....keep it up!

My first Los, Bla, took me almost a week to use (which was a good thing) the second can was used in what must have been two days! The third about three. I try to keep my snus use to a minimum of three days for each can.

For the record Bla is a very nice, regular strength los.

            Congrats!

Be sure to keep the snus going whenever you have the urge to light a cig. I keep a cig pack right next to me on the desk and haven't lit one in over a month.

If you have a cig every now and then don't worry as over time the snus will win.

I use all kinds of snus now but the ones that helped kill cravings the most were starks.

Keep a list of what you like and don't like and try all of them!

            Good luck.

You'll use more snus in the beginning when that urge to smoke is very strong. It's a muscle memory and routine thing. You eat and you want to smoke. You wake up and you want to smoke. You do blah blah and you want to smoke. The goal is to kill the smoking habit right now. Don't be stingy on your snus use in this early stage. After about a month you will be broken of the physical habit to smoke. At that point you can start to reduce your nicotine intake in various ways.

Using less snus is one way, keeping portions in longer is another. switch from sterk to regular.

Some people still keep strek around for mornings as that is the time when your body is looking to balance out your nicotine level and a strek will do that faster than a regular.

01 is my favorite everyday snus. I only use portions.
General mint and general long are great too
Thunder Frosted mini is great for work as it delivers the nicotine of a regular with the tiny size of the mini.

Good luck! I'm at the 6 month mark now and I've no regrets.

Ive got to be careful how big a prilla I make with this skruf sterk Los. Made too big of a pinch and made me woosy, lightheaded, and nauseous feeling haha.

                Dang!

Also seems to make my ears and sinuses feel weird. Hmm. Maybe it was too much nicotine.
