    I found a winner!

...and the first snus to go into my regular rotation for reorder and everyday use is...

    .
    .
Thunder Frosted Long + Portions! I welcome all applause.
Haha seriously though, this snus is fantastic in everyway possible, imo. Great, long lasting, unique flavor. Great kick for portion size. Long, skinny portions at in place, original moisture means its comfortable. No discernible drip yet. Plus, this may be a fluke can but it had AT LEAST 30 portions in it. I couldn't believe it. Anyone else have experience with this that can tell if this normal to be this much more than 24? I'll buy it at 24 but hell what a surprise. Never ending can, and they stay nice and moist, so far.
I haven't even tried half of my order yet. The only one I perfectly dislike is Jaks bitterass Flader. Yuck. I have at least 6-7 other new cans to try so I've done well not opening them all. Also with help of the prismaster I use lös almost exclusively at home. Still looking for the right one there... I have offroad and thunder frosted es. The offroad consistency is finer, darker (black) and gritty. Flavor is waaay to much imo. The thunder version is more like I expected, more spongey, manageable, milder flavor even for an extra sterk Any suggestions for next order lös' gratefully accepted. Still have a few non mints portions to try too, been eyeing the roda in my fridge.... Too many open cans already at about 8-10...

The one thing I tell most new people I talk to about snus is not to get too attached to a mint.
I want to say 90-95 percent of the time you'll burn yourself out on mint. I've seen it happen time and time again.
So for now, enjoy it, use it regularly, but refrain from ordering like 5+ rolls at a time. I did that when I was in the "Thunder Frosted" phase, and I ended up with 2 rolls I couldn't touch because I got burned out on.
Mint eventually worked it's way into my rotation and now I don't use it.
I have one can of Catch Mint Vanilla for the odd ocassional craving, but I've had it for months now.

Those Thunder Frosted Long+ portions are great for discrete snusing at work, and plenty strong, too.

Agreed... I started at 90% mint use... and now I RARELY use any mints.

Same thing here, mint snus are nice to have in stash but not for daily use for me. I have few cans of thunder frosted and nick&johny crushed ice and they last long, maybe few portion in week.
I like classic ones like röda lacket, ettan, göteborg's prima fint etc..

100% Truth right here. I was a huge fan of offroad frosted. The only minty flavor I can stand is wintergreen, and it's a once in a while kinda flavor at best. I think this can be said about a lot of the heavily flavored varieties. I mostly stick to your plain jane tobacco flavors now.

skruf(stark, es) los is great, especially for a noob since it bakes so easily and holds together well. flavored, but not in a way that really burns you out, at least for me.
odens extreme los, has a great kick(and natural flavor) if that's your thing, but it's damn near impossible to handbake and turns to mud pretty easily.

I am an exception to the rule, thunder frosted long has been my staple since it was released, before that it was regular thunder frosted. But I would agree with the others, most people do seem to get burned out on mint after a while.

Edit: let me add that even though frosted is my staple, I can't be without odens extreme (talk about opposites), and there are several other varieties that I order regularly. Variety is the spice of life. And yes, it is pretty normal to get some extra portions with frosted long. It is a great bonus!!

Am I the only person who hates thunder frosted? I like mint snus ie general mint, crushed ice.. thunder frosted is like what I'd imagine a urinal cake would taste like

I don't mind thunder frosted. Right now it's the first can I've tried but I don't think I'll get another can in a hurry. It has a really nice kick of nicotine, but I get tired of mint over long periods. I also ordered a can of General Wintergreen from Swedan but it says it's for sale in the USA only. - So far it's the worst tasting snus I've tried.
Never, never will I again buy winter green. I'm going back to traditional tobacco flavours. Like Grov, Ettan and General. I will try the new Thunder Coffee and limited time variants in my next order but no more mint for the time being. It was OK for a few days...

Thunder Frosted is the shit. Fact.

Hmm. Almost three years in, and I guess I still fall into this "mint stage"?

Seriously though, there are a few of us that just plain prefer mint. Though don't get me wrong, it's not all I use. I'd say 75% of what I use is Thunder Frosted. The other 25% I use things like Grov, Odens Extreme, Onyx, Roda, Jaks mint and wintergreen(mint again), General ES.....

Though I can say I am one sterk lovin son of a bitch.

I only use flavored for quick hits that I'll have to spit out, like right before a meeting. Once it's all gone, I won't order again.

I can think of a few like that. I think sgreger uses/used Frosted primarily too.

I love the Jaks flader portions...

And I don't find tehe Oden's Extreme los to be hard to hand bake, and I was a complete noob when I tried it.. Skruf Stark/Extra Stark is awesome.
