Thunder_Snus, someone else was asking about flavoring snus, and I pointed them to WickedKitchen's blueberry snus recipe:

The first time I added the 3.5ml to 3.5ml of filtered water and then added that to two dozen portions in an empty can. Let it sit for three days. Of course, I had one the next day and the next day but truthfully, it takes even longer than three days for all of the liquid to get evenly dispersed in some cases.

I did it a second time with 7ml of the straight blueberry and no extra water 'cos I thought the amount of flavor in the last one was too light. It was certainly raging with blueberry flavor that time but the alcohol that it's dissolved in has a taste. I'd really prefer it to not be there and just take the blueberry but with this company's stuff that's all you get.

The proper water amount with SnusX is 6-8ml per can of 24 portions. It doesn't really matter though 'cos you can change the moisture content without much trouble.

Just swap out the 'blueberry' to your tastes.

I've only tried it with "SnusX"-brand snus, but I would think any unflavored tobacco should work (the portions may need to be dried out a little for the flavor to absorb).

I think you might be surprised. I'm a big fan of offroad frosted even though it has a cheap price. I liked ettan and general so i thought i'd try original from offroad. I didnt bother with offroad licorice because I dont like licorice so of course my opinion would be biased. Usually there is a correlation between price and quality but not always. I use a brand of condoms I order online that are cheap as S*** and are much thinner and stronger than other brands while a 12 pack of Trojans are the same price as my 100 pack of these are the same price.

dam dude. any snus has to be better to suck on than a condom. Unless of course, its already been used.

Isn't there some obvious connection between price and quality? I mean, the bargain brands must be bargains for a reason...right? Hey, I'm a nubie so maybe I'm wrong. Taste is subjective. So what if someone can't stand your favorite brand. Does it matter?

V2 is a newcomer to snus, and they weren't backed by big tobacco. Keeping the price low helped get them a foothold in the market. That, and all the wacky flavors they come out with :^D V2 snus is distinctly Danish. I consider it a style separate from Swedish snus. That is to say, its flavor profile is due more to being Danish, than any kind of quality difference.

Lol was just referring that sometimes price isnt always indication of how well it is. Bose sound systems are double the price of something twice as good. Macs are more expensive than pcs even though its up to opinion on which is better i guess. I really like the sense of humor on these forums tho you guys can always turn something into a joke i relaly like it

Thanks for the explanations guys. I'll give V2 more of a chance. I think keeping an open mind, withthe multitude of flavors and styles available, is probably a good idea. so far, I like the thunder chrome frosted long pretty well.
