When I dipped I had to take Zantac every day now that I only use Swedish Snus I dont take anything for heartburn anymore.

Only Thunder ES portions (haven't tried the loose yet) make me have a sore throat.
I could live with or without a spit bottle when dipping, but it takes time to build up a tolerance to it. I had far more severe heart burn when smoking compared to dipping. With snus it bugged me for a week or so, then I stopped using Thunder ES, and have been great ever since.
